Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, the following Healthy Living Programs will be postponed until a later date.

LIVING WELL WITH CHRONIC CONDITIONS

Living Well with Chronic Conditions (also known as Chronic Disease Self-Management Program) is a program designed to help participants deal with chronic conditions such as: Asthma, Chronic Pain, Anxiety, Depression, Arthritis, Heart Disease, Kidney Disease, MS etc. This program is open to anyone who suffers from a chronic condition or wants to learn more to help a family member or friend.

Classes meet on Monday’s at 10:30am-1:00pm at the Superior YMCA meeting room. Start date TBD.

LIVING WELL WITH DIABETES Living Well with Diabetes (also known as Diabetes Self-Management Program) is designed to help people with type 2 diabetes learn how to live well. This program is open to anyone who has Diabetes or wants to learn more to help a family member or friend.

Classes meet on Wednesday’s at 2:00pm-4:30pm at the Superior YMCA meeting room. Start date TBD.
