Try Something New!
Demo Night - Friday, September 22 begins at 5:30 with the grand re-opening of the fitness center showing off our brand new equipment. Stop by our Personal Training table to be entered to win free personal training sessions! Fitness classes will begin at 6:00pm and will feature a variety of classes from strength training, and cardio, to water aerobics, yoga, and more!
Classes will run approximately 30 minutes in length. This event is part of Welcome Week and is FREE to members and non-members.
