FITNESS STUDIO

The fitness studio is where group fitness classes take place. When scheduled classes are not running members are welcome to use Y360 on demand using the studio TV. Fitness studio equipment is open for use during times when classes are not in session.

TRACK & MAT BASED WORKOUT AREA

The track is available for use for those of age. Eighteen laps equals one mile. There is a designated mat based workout area for stretching, core, and body weight exercises.
