Women’s Strength is our small group strength training class. Get more confident with free weights, the Matrix system, mobility, core stability, posture, and functional training. HIT & RUN SELF-DEFENSE:
Join Matt and Jen for our NEW LOOK at self-defense. With Martial Arts drills, proper body mechanics for self-protection and ways to teach you to be more aware of your surroundings, HIT & RUN will prepare you for the basics in self-defense. Revolution is a 30 min cycling program tailor-made for anyone who can ride a bike. Ride over hills, sprint in the flats, and do interval training. Come and try this quick, convenient, fast-paced small group class. Next Session: TBD
Our youth fitness class includes fun intervals to keep your child moving for 20+ minutes followed by 20+ minutes of Sport-related exercises followed by relaxing youth stretching. Registration required. Bring your own water bottle. Next session: TBD
This intense circuit class revolves around the use of Russian kettlebells. Designed to target every muscle group in the body, Kettletone will teach you new skills and functional movement patterns while also increasing your cardiovascular capacity and muscle strength. Fitness for everyone! Instructors Jill & Ashlee will introduce your kids to fitness through a fun, high-energy group class you’ll both love. Parents/guardians can attend and work out with their child ages 2-6+ in this new class!
