Pools are in high demand and without additional lifeguards we cannot continue the hours we are currently open. We are turning to the YMCA community to help. The YMCA will pay for your lifeguard certification if you are able to pass the lifeguard pre-test.

While this is a paid position with membership benefits, it is more importantly an opportunity for you to help keep our pools open for lap swimming, family open swim, swim lessons, and water exercise. This is a great opportunity for anyone, of any age, to be a part of our Y community and keep our pools open FOR ALL.

Cost: $200 - Course fee is waived for future Superior Y staff.
